How do I get there by public transportation to the hotel?
Munich: right next to the Feldmoching train station (S1, U2), less than 40 minutes to downtown.
Dachau: Bus from the Erasmus-Reismüller-Straße stop right outside the hotel; 10 minutes to the Dachau train station (S2); less than 30 minutes to downtown.
Maisach: a few minutes’ walk to the Gernlinden S-Bahn station (S3), about 25 minutes to downtown.
Eichenau: Close to the Eichenau S-Bahn station (S4), about 25 minutes to downtown.
Empress: Close to the Klinikum Großhadern U-Bahn station (U6), quick access to downtown.
Are there parking spaces, and how much do they cost?
Munich: 15 € per 24 hours
Dachau: 9.50 € per 24 hours
Maisach: free
Eichenau: €7.50 per 24 hours
Empress: €12 per 24 hours
Can I charge my electric car?
Munich: 5 charging stations in the underground parking garage

How far is it to the Munich Trade Fair, the Allianz Arena, and the SAP Garden?
How do I get from Munich Airport to the hotel?
Munich: Take the S1 directly to Feldmoching—right next to the hotel—without having to transfer.
Dachau: Take the S1 to Laim, then transfer to the S2 toward Petershausen to Dachau, and continue by bus.
Maisach, Eichenau & Empress:
All properties are easily accessible by car via the A99, A92, or A8/A96.
Check-in & Stay
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.; check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
When booking directly, early check-in is free if your room is already ready. You’ll get late check-out at a 50% discount when booking directly. Stay Club members at the Insider level or higher receive one extra hour each for check-in and check-out, subject to availability—at no extra charge.
How does pre-check-in work?
Before you arrive, simply fill out the registration form online—you’ll find the link on our pre-check-in page. There’s also a tablet available at the front desk. For environmental reasons, we no longer provide paper forms.
Is the front desk staffed 24 hours a day?
Munich: 24 hours
Dachau: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Maisach: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Eichenau: as needed
Empress: 07:00 – 20:00
If you’ll be arriving later, please let us know in advance—then we can work out the details for your late check-in.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free throughout all Abasto Hotels.
Are towels and bed linens changed daily?
As part of our Green Stay program, we change towels and bed linens only upon request. Just let us know at the front desk or through the guest app.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome upon prior request. [Fee per night; exceptions may apply depending on the hotel].
Are there any accessible rooms?
Both the Abasto Hotel Dachau and the Abasto Hotel Feldmoching offer accessible rooms that comply with DIN standards. Please feel free to contact us before booking so we can reserve the right room for you.
Breakfast & Restaurants
Is there breakfast and how much does it cost?
Yes, all of our properties offer a hearty breakfast buffet: Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and on weekends and holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Prices vary depending on the location. You can add breakfast to your reservation when you book or upon arrival.
What restaurants are there in the hotels?
BRUSKO Grill in Dachau and Munich – Mediterranean grill cuisine, with a focus on Greek fare in Dachau.
Piazza Uno in Maisach – Italian cuisine and stone-oven pizza.
AORA Tagesbar in Maisach – specialty coffee, homemade pastries, and Mediterranean snacks (opening soon).
Rasmalai at the Empress – modern Indian street food.
Do I need a reservation at the restaurant?
We recommend making a reservation, especially in the evening and on weekends. Stay Club members receive a 10% discount at BRUSKO and at Rasmalai.
Reservations, Payment, & Cancellation
Why should I book directly on abasto-hotels.de?
Only for direct bookings does our Best Price Guarantee apply. In addition, you’ll receive free early check-in subject to availability, an upgrade for half the price and as a Stay Club member, the member rate.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
With the FLEX Rate, you can cancel free of charge until 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival—except during periods when trade shows and events are taking place. The SPAR Rate is cheaper, but cannot be canceled. You can make changes or cancel your reservation using the link in your booking confirmation or by contacting the hotel directly.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay in cash, with a debit card, or with major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I have an invoice sent to my company?
Yes. Just provide the billing address when you make your reservation or during pre-check-in.
Are there any gift certificates?
Yes, for each of our five hotels, there are gift certificates that you can buy online and give as a gift right away.
Business, Conference & Long-term
What is the Abasto Business Rate?
With the Business Rate, you can book rooms at up to 25% off—without a framework agreement—at all Abasto Hotels, even during trade shows. Simply request your personal business code online.
How do I reserve a meeting room?
You can hold meetings in Dachau, Maisach, and Eichenau—in a total of 10 meeting rooms that accommodate up to 100 people, with catering provided by our in-house kitchen. In Dachau alone, there are 250 m² of conference space available in 4 rooms with natural light. You can submit your request through the meetings page of the respective hotel.
Are there special offers for longer stays?
Yes. The Empress Boutique Hotel offers studios and long-term apartments with a kitchenette, dining area, and living area—ideal for stays of several weeks or months. Long-term stays are also available in Maisach and Eichenau.
Abasto Stay Club
How does the Stay Club work?
When you make your first booking, you’ll sign up with your name and email address. You’ll earn one point for every euro spent on hotel stays, and the points never expire. As a member, you’ll save up to 10% on the FLEX rate and up to an additional 5% on the SPAR rate. Once you reach 500 points (Insider), you’ll receive early check-in, late check-out, and 10% off spa admission in Maisach; once you reach 10,000 points (Legend), you’ll receive one free night’s stay per year.
How much does membership cost?
Nothing—membership in the Abasto Stay Club is free.
Is the restaurant discount valid even without an overnight stay?
Every member receives a 10% discount at BRUSKO and Rasmalai starting on the very first day. By the way, restaurant sales don’t count toward points—you get the discount right away instead.
