As an owner-managed hotel group, we stand for modern hospitality with heart and character. Our mission is to create places where people feel welcome, valued and comfortable – regardless of their origin, culture or lifestyle.
Each of our hotels combines stylish design, well thought-out functionality and honest service. We consciously focus on diversity – both in our teams and among our guests. For us, diversity is not an attitude, but a lived reality.
We also create special culinary experiences – with individual catering concepts that enrich our locations: the stylish Brusko Grill Restaurant in Dachau, the Italian Piazza Uno in Maisach, the authentic Indian Rasmalai in Großhadern and the urban Kylian Bar for relaxed evenings and stylish drinks.
We offer retreats, meeting places and experiences – whether for business travellers, holidaymakers or spontaneous city trips.

Our VISION
Growth with values – sustainable, digital and human.
Our journey began in April 2013 with the opening of the Empress Hotel in Munich – with 37 rooms. This was followed in April 2014 by our second location in Maisach, which was expanded to 74 rooms in 2017.
Further locations followed:
Munich-Feldmoching (2021) with 120 rooms
Dachau (2022) with 120 rooms and a modern conference area
Eichenau (2023) mit einem charmingen Boutique-Hotel mit 27 Zimmern
With each new location, we not only expand our hotel offering, but also our gastronomic diversity – always individualised, high-quality and with attention to detail.
