We care about your safety

We undertake to comply with the hygiene concepts “Gastronomy” and “Accommodation” of the Federal Government, the States and the Bavarian State Ministry with general safety and hygiene rules, organizational measures and protective measures for guests and employees.

We place particular emphasis on adhering to all regulations and measures:

  • Trained personnel: professional implementation of disinfection as well as appropriate measures in the event of a Covid 19 case.
  • Multiple air changes in all public areas, restaurants and rooms.
  • There is a requirement to maintain the minimum distance of 1.5 meters and wear a mouth-nose protection for guests and staff in all public areas.
  • Availability of disinfectant dispensers for our guests in all public areas.
  • Use of highly effective disinfectants from our partner cleaning company ILLE.
  • Commonly used areas (e.g., door handles) are cleaned particularly frequently.
  • To facilitate contact tracing in the event of a subsequently identified COVID-19 case among guests or staff, your contact details may be shared with the relevant health authorities upon request. Your data will be kept separately for this purpose for one month.
  • Our rooms will not be made available for reoccupation for at least 24 hours before a new booking.

We kindly ask for your cooperation:

  • If you have had contact with a COVID-19 positive person or are experiencing any respiratory symptoms in the last 14 days, we kindly request that you do not arrive.
  • Please always maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from other guests and staff members.
  • Cover your mouth and nose before entering the building and while moving through public areas of the facility (restaurant, hallways, stairwells, reception, elevator).
  • Please also observe additional hygiene measures such as thorough handwashing, hand sanitization, refraining from shaking hands, and adhering to proper cough and sneeze etiquette.

Please consider the following points regarding arrival and stay:

  • Feel free to provide us with your telephone or mobile number, residential and billing address, as well as your date of birth before your arrival for a convenient check-in process.
  • Our reception is currently staffed only during specific hours. For check-ins outside of our opening hours, you will receive a PIN code for our keybox. Please get in touch with us by phone or email for this purpose.
  • We are happy to offer you completely contactless payments, such as debiting your credit card or providing an invoice for bank transfer.
